I bought my first LP, Switched On Bach, at Wallach's Music City. They had listening copies of records you could play in listening booths or turntables on sales counters.
It's hard to believe this stretch of Sunset Blvd was once so spacious. Today it's one of most densely populated areas of Hollywood.
