A Gunslinger coup! Or has this picture been in every box set for the last 15 years?
Lemme check my SMiLE box set and get back to you (I still haven't made my way through the whole thing...at least I didn't go for the autographed $600 version that lights up).

What is the bearded gentleman holding?
Looks kinda like a peace pipe.
When I zoom in on the original, it looks like some sort of wooden rod with a seashell stuck to the end of it. Beyond that, I have no idea.
