As much as I'd like to report that the charges were Honkin' on Bobo or "coincidental murder with nothing to show", it seems as though the 19 year-old then Mr Tallarico was arrested in his hometown of Yonkers for pot possession. So I guess that makes him eligible for the Midnight Tokers category as well.
