I always thought the word "kraft" means "flavorless cheese" in a foreign language.
"Kraft" is now shorthand for "crappy, tasteless, highly-processed, nutrition-free, high-caloric, so-called 'food', made with genetically-modified, mutant food-product material (formerly known as 'seeds'), planted and harvested by mega-sized corporate welfare queens, heavily subsidized by the federal government, and encouraged to grow stuff that is passed off to consumers as 'food' that ends up making us fat and sick". A truly dreadful company, in the Wal-Mart, Monsanto, Haliburton class.
BTW:Kraft in scandinavian languages and german means 'force/power', but also (in norwegian at least) the juice extracted from baking a piece of meat in the oven.
Agreed, a wretched corporation (I thought it was part of the Philip Morris consortium, but I could be wrong about that).I avoid all products bearing the Kraft brand, with one sad exception: their Australian arm makes Vegemite, and for that there is no substitue.
