Miami -- Pilots Bill Barris and Dick Riedel receive some in-flight assistance from a speeding car as they try to break the flying endurance record. While guiding the 'Sunkist Lady' above the runway of a Miami airport, cans of gasoline and food are handed up by men in the speeding car. The two California pilots have been flying continuously for one hundred and sixty-eight hours, attempting to break the record of 726 hours set in 1939. (1949)
