Los Angeles -- Outwardly calm is Charlie Chaplin as his fingerprints are taken by Los Angeles County Deputy Marshal George Rossini. The Comedian and Actor surrendered to authorities escorted by his attorney, Jerry Giesler. Chaplin will be arraigned Monday on White Slavery and Conspiracy charges involving Joan Berry. (1944)
