Loved this photo, because when it came up on my screen, I only saw a head shot. Not recognizing the man, I thought: Ska ? '77 Punk? Revival Punk? What's this guy's deal?

To then pull down, see a reed strap, and learn it was G. Mulligan brought home an oft-learned truth -- the artists and punks of every generation would and will always be the artists and punks of every generation.
