Containing Multitudes Since 2004
this blog never ceases to amaze me.
Fascinating musician. In the twentieth-century folk music movement, there were traditional folk musicians who grew up in small rural communities steeped in tradition, then there were those whose appreciated the music because their college education exposed them to the scholarly work of Child et al. Then there was Buell Kazee, who was both. Not many people like that.
