No they're not.They are discussing how to send my father to Viet Nam TWICE in addition to (2)TWO military moves in Germany within ONE YEAR!I ended up going to 4 different high schools in 3 years.Takes high level stupidity to manage that.All those dead. Sad.You know- they buy Boeing now.
I wonder if Donald Rumsfeld will ever recant the way McNamara did? One may have to actually have a conscience....
