I was thinking mid-60s Silvertone, a brand that in spite (or perhaps because) of its department-store origins was surprisingly popular -- Ray Manzarek for example said that it was an underrated brand. But there are some serious gearheads around here who will probably know precisely.
If yu watch "The Howlin' Wolf Story", which is what I believe this "still" was taken from, you can prolly get a better shot of the amps. Hell, come on over, I'll screen it for ya!
I've seen a documentary that had pieces of this session included in it. Off camera was Son House, drunk and giving Wolf a hard time. Wolf is not amused.
