Okay, that's weird...I was watching a tape of The Two Ronnies this week! I couldn't believe how much of that stuff went over my head as a kid (although their double entendre style was brutally skewered by Not the Nine O'Clock News).
And a friend of mine just got a UK DVD box set (10 discs!) of Ronnie Barker's solo work in shows like Porridge and Open All Night.
